  • Our professional photographer will take 15-25 hi-definition photos of your home to showcase it at its best. Depending on the property, at the discretion of the photographer, the photos may be shot in the early morning, or late at night, for the most appealing effect.

  • We will obtain or hire a professional to create an accurate floor plan with measurements.

  • Creation of a full color, glossy, 4-page professionally designed brochure with photos and information, so that perspective Buyers have something to hold and make reference to after showings and open houses.

Open Houses, Showings and Tours
